Economic Diversification

Island Business Loan Program

• VHCDP connects new and existing island businesses with loans for business development and expansions.  To learn more or to apply for a loan, click here.

• VHCDP supports and encourages entrepreneurs interested in starting and expanding island businesses

• VHCDP is also developing a program of volunteer mentors to advise business owners
